Who we are

LidWay is operated by Pablo M. Cuomo, based in Madrid, Spain. We provide AI adoption services for product teams and free tools for agile practitioners.

What data we collect

We only collect data you provide directly:

• Name, email address, and message — when you submit the feedback form on any page
• Type of inquiry (tool feedback, consulting, other) — selected in the same form
• The page you were on when you submitted the form

We don't use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising scripts. We don't collect data passively as you browse.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or feedback
• To improve our tools and services

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (see below).

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in Firebase Realtime Database (Google), hosted in the EU region. Data is retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and deleted upon request.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email us at feedback@lidway.co and we'll respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

• Firebase (Google) — form data storage
• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN
• Google Fonts — typography (no tracking)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We don't control how they process data on their end.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Using the site and tools

LidWay's free tools (Stellar Timer, Retro AI, Story Helper, Discovery Tree) are provided as-is, free of charge, for personal and professional use. No account required.

You may use the tools for your own work. You may not resell them, claim ownership, or use them to build competing products without permission.

No warranty

The tools and content on this site are provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep them working, but we can't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose. Use them at your own discretion.

AI-generated content

Some tools use AI to generate suggestions, summaries, or content. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context. Always review before using in production.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, tools, playbooks, agent prompts, and design — is the property of LidWay / Pablo M. Cuomo unless otherwise stated. You're welcome to use the prompts for your own work. Reproducing or publishing them as your own requires written permission.

Links and third-party content

We link to external sites (Notion, Cloudflare, Microsoft Copilot) for your convenience. We're not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Madrid.
